SCHOOL PROGRAM

/  ACADEMICS

01

Some parents do not understand fully the principle behind the afternoon coaching introduced by the school. Some erroneously thought it was an extension of what must have been happening in the regular school session.

Good teachers are capable of knowing or noticing how well students participate in the class room, it will therefore be easy for that teacher to be able to help them overcome problems the student might be facing during the after-school program.

This program is made compulsory in order to help all categories in their school problems and helps to balance the class in the aspect of general knowledge of certain subjects. It ensures the progress of the children as well as that of their classes and the school in general.

Merit land school aims at giving all students sound academic training and faultless moral publishing. This is based on the learning theory that we live- out what we learn, and that there is hardly anything we do without learning. In other words, our aim is to produce morally and spiritually refined as well as academically sound products. Precisely, the aim and objectives of establishing the school in this environment among others are as follows:

  • To provide sound basic education to young children between ages 2 and 12 years.

  • To rightfully inculcate discipline, literacy, numeracy in the children and prepare them for challenges to come.

  • To equip children with sound moral, physical, mental and social skills through guided activities and play.

  • To give each individual child the chance of developing his/her function well in the society within the limit of his/her capacity.

  • To ensure that students excel in internal and external examinations

  • To ensure that pupils and students become good citizens of the country

  • To make school a model.
